When does the pool open?
The pool opens on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and closes on the Tuesday following Labor Day.
How do I get a new pool key?
As a member you can get two key cards at no cost by requesting your key card here. Please include your name and address in your email. Be sure the subject line reads "Stonebrooke Pool".
Additional key cards or lost key cards cost $10.00.
Can I reserve the Clubhouse for an event?
Can I make changes to the exterior of my house?
You can make changes but all exterior changes/additions must be reviewed by the Architectural Committee.
Use this form to submit your request prior to the commencement of construction, paint, roofing, etc.
When you complete the form and have all of your supporting documents email them to Green Country HOA management.
Applications will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting of the Committee.
Who does my bank/lender/realtor need to contact for HOA dues information?
Financial institutions should contact Green Country HOA Management for information regarding the payment of Association dues for specific properties.
They can be emailed here.
Be sure to include the following information:
- Financial institution name and mailing address
- Requestor's name, phone, email, and fax numbers
- Addition where the property is located (Park, Glenn, or Estates). Neighborhood Plat
- Lot and block numbers of property
- Property street address
- Estimated closing date
- Name and email address of buyers
How much are the HOA dues?
As of 2024 the annual dues are $900.00 and are charged on a prorated basis.
Can I pay my HOA dues online?
You can pay your dues online with Green Country HOA Management. You can also make payments towards annual dues early, if desired! Just click here to make a payment at any time!
