Any alteration to a house/lot which would occur outside the exterior walls of the structure and which is not otherwise specifically addressed in the respective Stonebrooke phase Deed of Dedication and Restrictive Covenants must first be submitted to the Stonebrooke Architectural Committee for approval prior to the start of any alteration. It is the homeowners’ responsibility to complete the “Architectural Committee Plan Review Application” and submit it to the Architectural Committee. Under no circumstances is any alteration or addition to begin without the prior written approval of the Stonebrooke Architectural Committee.
